Our Misson

Every kid deserves to play.

The RISE Project is dedicated to expanding access to soccer for all youth, especiaally for communities that lack exposure to the sport. We provide free/affordable training and education regarding soccer.

Soccer is a game for everyone. We break not only financial barriers, but also informational and cultural barriers, empowering young athletes and their families with the knowledge, confidence, and support needed to pursue the sport.

Meet Our Founders

    Andrew Li

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Andrew is the founder of RISE, and has played soccer since age 5. However, he noticed how some friends wanted but couldn’t get into soccer due to lack of support or knowledge. Now, Andrew is determined to give every young athlete & parent an accessible platform, guiding them on their soccer journey.

  • Andrew Yang

    PROGRAMS DIRECTOR

    Andrew Yang is a high-school student and a multi-sport athlete, competing in both varsity soccer and squash. He enjoys the quick thinking and the developing technique in soccer. Andrew is passionate about contributing to the mission of the RISE Project.

    SOCIAL MEDIA LEAD

    Andrew Bian plays winger for FC Delco MLS Next, a highly-ranked soccer team in the nation. On the side, his Bian.edits tiktok account has millions of views, thanks to his Meta Ray Ban glasses and HD video editing. Andrew contributes to RISE’s social media content.

    SECRETARY

    Kaden is a Sophomore at Conestoga High School. He enjoys both soccer and swimming. For RISE, Kaden is a reliable record keeper and on-site volunteer.
